Al Manarah - Dubai office, a company under Chedid Capital, is looking for a Client Relationship Officer to support client accounts, coordinate policy administration activities, and ensure efficient service delivery. The role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, preparing reports, and supporting new business and renewal processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure high service standards.
• Support policy renewals and new business administration.
• Prepare client and portfolio reports, providing insights and performance updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams, insurers, and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Track policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and client requests.
• Maintain accurate client records and support portfolio retention initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in account management within the insurance sector.
• Knowledge in General & Medical lines of business.
