Data Delivery ManagerContract Until 30th Sept 2026Paddington – Hybrid Working Available (2 days a week in office)£525 Per Day via UmbrellaAs a Delivery Manager in Data Democratization, you will be a part of a team of delivery managers providing an agile delivery capability. You will be supporting a variety of engineering teams by providing in-situ delivery support and leadership.

What you’ll be doing:

Establishing and proactively refining data delivery best practices and ways of working into teams beyond the discipline to develop maturity around planning and execution of work.

Ensuring delivery is transparent, predictable and sustainable, whilst providing value to our customers.

Driving a continuous improvement mindset and developing self-sufficient agile teamsCoaching teams to be predictable, sustainable, value driven and flexible.

Embedding and refining a clear way of working across multiple teams.

Who we’re looking for:

Experience of working in a Data Democratization environmentTechnical skills in big data, GCP (or AWS, Azure, Hadoop) and an awareness of data ingestion tooling and near real time ingestions.

Communicate clearly between internal and external teamsExperience in coaching teams in agile ways of working and mentoring othersInterested?
