Client Operations Manager

Client Operations Manager – Ireland📍 Location: Cork (office-based with travel across Ireland)Avendra International is a global procurement organisation supporting clients with smarter sourcing, supplier management, and operational excellence. As part of our continued growth in Ireland, we’re hiring a Client Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive performance across our GPO function.

This role owns operational delivery across Ireland, ensuring workflows run smoothly, supplier and pricing processes are accurate, and client outcomes remain high quality. You’ll work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and senior leadership to improve processes, oversee audits, and drive measurable improvements.

• This is a hands-on leadership role with real accountability and influence.✅ What you’ll be doing
• Lead day-to-day GPO operations across Ireland and act as the first point of contact for operational matters
• Manage team workflows, priorities, and escalations to ensure continuity and delivery against KPIsOversee supplier onboarding, product approvals, and resolution of pricing/system queries
• Ensure pricing data accuracy, reporting quality, and timely delivery of client outputs
• Produce and review Purchasing Analysis Reports and support client-facing insights and presentations
• Own the audit process – prioritising workload, reviewing outputs, and improving commercial outcomes
• Partner with Sales and Supply Chain to guide supplier selection and align with commercial strategy
• Track team performance, supplier SLAs, and operational bottlenecks to drive continuous improvement🔎 What we’re looking for Proven experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations within a fast-paced environment
• Previous people management or team leadership experience
• Strong understanding of supplier management, pricing, and end-to-end operational workflows
• Commercially focused with the ability to analyse data and drive performance improvements
• Confident stakeholder management across internal teams, clients, and suppliers
• Full, clean, and valid Irish driving license
• Full right to work in Ireland🤝
