In this role you’ll translate market needs into product requirements, shape go‑to‑market strategy, and drive adoption of high‑impact solutions across complex, cross‑functional environments.

What You’ll OwnAlpha & Beta Structuring -Drive experiment design, assess launch readiness, and partner with marketing and cross‑functional teams to bring new products to market.

Product Adoption -Lead activation efforts with minimal guidance, ensuring strong uptake across priority customer segments.

Market & Competitive Analysis -Identify macro themes, define value propositions, and build strategic opportunity documentation.

Sales Prioritisation -Use BFM, PRPs, MOs, and rOPPSs to guide sales focus and maximise impact.

Product Strategy & Roadmapping -Contribute to prioritisation plans, influence product shaping, and manage cross‑portfolio execution.

Cross‑Functional Leadership -Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and senior leadership to drive aligned outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6+ years in advertising, martech, consulting, or product management.2+ years partnering with Product/Engineering and executive stakeholders.2+ years developing business strategies or managing cross‑functional initiatives.

Preferred Experience

Tech Sector Background -Strong familiarity with tech culture and operating rhythms.

Ad Tech Expertise -Hands‑on experience with Google Ads products or broader ad tech stack.

Publisher‑Side Experience -publisher‑side ad tech is a strong advantage.

Analytical Tools -Experience with Tableau, Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Google Slides.

Programme Management -Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
