Barden is delighted to have been engaged by our client to identify a Finance Analyst to join their team.

This is a newly created role within a growing business, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making. This role would suit a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders and turning financial data into meaningful business insights.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Build and maintain robust financial models to support strategic business decisions.

Perform scenario analysis, investment appraisals, and cash flow forecasting.

Support the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the business.

Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting, providing meaningful commercial insights.

Analyse financial performance, including margin and variance analysis, to support decision-making.

Develop dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility of key business metrics.

Partner with stakeholders across the business, supporting commercial initiatives and process improvements.

Contribute to ad hoc projects as the organisation continues to grow.ABOUT THE PERSON:ACA, ACCA or CIMAExperience in a Finance Analyst, Commercial Finance, FP&A, or similar analytical finance role.

Strong financial modelling experience.

Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.WIP analysis experience would be highly advantageous.

Advanced Excel skills are essential.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
