Gresham Hunt are pleased to be once more recruiting on behalf of a growing FM services group for a Finance Analyst to join their Commercial Finance team. This is a great opportunity for a part-qualified/qualified accountant to build a career in a business investing heavily in automation, efficiency, and financial excellence.

The Role

You'll provide financial analysis, modelling, and reporting to support commercial decision-making, working closely with stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Build financial models and analyse trends to support planning and decision-making
• Prepare management accounts, variance analysis, and performance dashboards
• Support quarterly/annual financial statement preparation
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles across business units
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support cost control initiatives
• Maintain financial data integrity and help automate reporting processes
• Support audit and compliance activity

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Part-qualified/qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• Experience in financial analysis or FP&A, with strong Excel/modelling skills
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Excellent communication skills, able to present financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative, proactive approach
• Facilities management or related sector experience beneficial but not essential
