• Force is working with a leading international manufacturing business to recruit a Financial Analyst for its finance team based in Roscommon.

The Opportunity

Working closely with the Finance Manager and operational teams, you'll play a key role in providing financial insight to support business performance. This is a highly visible role offering excellent exposure across manufacturing finance, cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports and performance analysis
• Perform inventory reconciliations and support stock control processes
• Analyse manufacturing costs, variances, and operational KPIsMaintain fixed asset records and support capital expenditure reporting
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Partner with production and operations teams to improve business performance
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and company policies
• Contribute to process improvement and finance transformation projects
• Work closely with shared services and global finance teams

About You

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant2+ years' post-qualified experience in financial analysis, management accounting, or a similar finance role
• Previous manufacturing or industrial experience is highly desirable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
