Business Manager - Marketing Operations

Job Title: Business Manager – Marketing Operations Contract Duration: 12 months Location: Dublin (Hybrid – 2 days per week in office) Duration: 12 months  Rate: EUR 210 per day (37.5 hours per week / 7.5 hours per day)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Business Manager to support an internal Marketing Production team. This role focuses on budget governance, operational coordination, reporting, and ensuring the smooth delivery of marketing production activities across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.

The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Budget Oversight & Financial Management
• Manage and monitor the marketing production budget end-to-end Track spend, forecast costs, and ensure accurate financial reporting Identify risks, variances, and opportunities for optimisation Work closely with finance teams to ensure compliance and alignment
• Reporting & Analysis
• Produce clear, insightful reports on budget performance and project activity Develop and maintain dashboards (Power BI or equivalent) Translate data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders
• Operational & Project Support
• Support planning and coordination of marketing production activities Ensure timelines, resources, and deliverables are effectively managed Drive consistency and efficiency across multiple projects and teams
• Stakeholder Management
• Act as a key liaison between marketing, finance, and production teams Communicate clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations (PowerPoint)
• Skills & Experience Required Strong background in budget management and financial oversight Experience in marketing, production, operations, or project management environments Advanced PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools Excellent organisational and coordination skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
