This is a unique opportunity to work in the Marketing Department responsiblefor developing some of Ireland’s most memorable and award-winning campaigns. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, energetic team-player who will report directly to the Marketing and Innovation Manager. The role will encompass all aspects of brand management from administrative duties to digital and traditional marketing.

They will be a motivated, self-starter with excellent organisational and communication skills, adept at influencing colleagues across multiple departments internally and influencing customers externally. They will demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for our brands and instil trustwith customers through consistent delivery of excellence.

Role and responsibilities: Providing brand management and administrative supportto the Tayto Marketing Manager which will include; Project management and delivery of campaigns to agreed objectives, deadlines and budget Liaising & communicating cross functionally to ensure the delivery of brand/category objectives particularly with the commercial team for the development of through the line activity in line with brand goals Delivery of Tayto e-commerce site including development of brand collateral including merchandise for our e-commerce site Evaluation of campaign effectiveness with an ability to make business recommendations Development and support across digital media including Tayto crisps website Management of social media agencies and plans in line with our strategic priorities Raising POs and updating marketing budget control files Managing packaging artwork through internal systems and attending print runs Working with Trade activation manager, approving artworks and assisting with the coordination of point-of-sale materials, shopper marketing and trade shows Working with R&D team to deliver NPD projects from concept to launch Organising product samples & branded merchandise for consumers and trade Co-ordinating Mr.

Tayto’s public appearances and social engagements Create content for corporate marketing collateral, PR, trade publications, presentations, events and conferences Support the planning and delivery of brand plans and portfolio strategy Support ongoing work with creative agencies on marketing communications; TV, Press, PR, Digital, Experiential and promotions Key requirements of the role Minimum 4 years’ experience in brand management, ideally in FMCG Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders with varying priority at one time Online and traditional marketing experience Social & digital management Proactive and unsupervised person with passion and drive A creative mindset paired with strong commercial & financial acumen.

Excellent written and verbal communications General IT skills with proficiency in word, excel and powerpoint Personable candidate with strong communication and presentation skills Third level graduate; ideally of business/marketing Why join us?
