The Role

Our client, a well-established insurance provider, is looking for a Marketing Manager who can own the full marketing mix — from the buzz of a live event to the precision of a paid digital campaign. This is a rare hybrid role for someone who loves the energy of face-to-face brand experiences just as much as the data behind a well-optimised funnel.

You'll be the driving force behind how the business shows up in the world — both in person and online.

What You'll Do

• Lead traditional & experiential marketing — plan and deliver sponsorships, conferences, trade events, and brand activations that put the business in front of the right audience
• Own digital marketing end-to-end — campaigns across paid, social, email, and content that build the pipeline and the brand
• Bridge the two worlds — ensure every offline moment has a digital afterlife, and every digital campaign is backed by real-world credibility
• Manage budget and ROI — make the case for spend and prove the impact
• Partner across the business — work closely with sales, product, and senior leadership to align marketing with commercial goals

What We're Looking For

• Proven marketing management experience spanning both events/traditional marketing and digital channels
• A strategic thinker who's equally comfortable running a stand at an industry conference and reading a Google Ads dashboard
• Strong stakeholder management and budget ownership experience
• Insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry background is a plus — but not essential
• Based in or willing to commute to Dublin city centre
