Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Operations

Sydney CBD | 12-Month ContractA global technology-driven financial services organisation is seeking a Senior TA Operations Specialist to support its Talent Acquisition function across APAC.Supporting six offices across the region, this role sits at the centre of the recruitment function and is responsible for ensuring recruitment operations, systems, processes and reporting run effectively and efficiently.

You'll be the operational lead for Recruitment Operations across APAC, partnering closely with Recruitment Coordinators, Talent Acquisition, HR, People Analytics and global stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and support the delivery of a best-in-class hiring experience.

This is a highly visible role offering broad exposure across the business and the opportunity to influence how recruitment operates at both a regional and global level.

Key responsibilities include

• Driving improvements across recruitment processes, systems and workflows
• Managing and optimising recruitment technology, including ATS platforms and related tools
• Partnering with Talent Acquisition leaders on strategic projects and operational initiatives
• Delivering recruitment reporting, insights and analytics to support decision-making
• Identifying opportunities for automation, digitisation and AI-driven efficiencies
• Supporting large-scale experienced hire and campus recruitment programs
• Managing recruitment governance, compliance and risk frameworks
• Working closely with global counterparts to implement regional and international initiatives
• Acting as the go-to subject matter expert for recruitment operations, systems and processes

About you

This role will suit someone who enjoys working at the intersection of people, process, systems and data.

You may come from a Recruitment Operations, Talent Acquisition Operations or HR Operations background, but you'll bring a strong understanding of recruitment processes and a genuine interest in improving how things work.

You'll likely have experience in:

• Recruitment operations, HR operations
• ATS management and recruitment technology
• Process improvement and operational transformation projects
• Reporting, analytics and data-driven decision making
• Stakeholder management across multiple teams and functions
• Working in fast-paced, evolving environments with competing priorities
