We're partnering with an ambitious, technology-led business that's reshaping same-day and final-mile operations. As they continue to grow, they're looking for a Senior Live Operations Manager to lead their live operations team and help build a high-performance culture.

This isn't a traditional logistics management role. It's a hands-on leadership position where you'll drive operational performance, lead from the front and make real-time decisions that directly impact service delivery and customer experience.

What you'll be doing

✅ Leading day-to-day live operations across a busy, fast-moving environment

✅ Driving KPIs including SLA performance, on-time delivery and operational productivity

✅ Coaching and developing shift-based operational teams

✅ Managing live incidents and customer-impacting issues with confidence

✅ Using operational data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement

✅ Working closely with leadership and technology teams to improve systems and processes

• Same-day or final-mile logistics
• Rapid delivery or e-commerce operations
• Transport or network control
• Contact centre or customer operations
• Mobility or other high-volume operational environments

You'll be a hands-on leader who thrives under pressure, is passionate about developing people, and enjoys using data to improve performance.
