We are looking for an exceptional General Manager ready to lead the transformation of one of Dubai’s most exclusive island lifestyle destinations.

Your Mission

• Lead the repositioning of an iconic luxury island destination
• Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing management team
• Drive operational excellence across all departments
• Create memorable guest experiences that exceed international luxury standards
• Develop entertainment concepts and exclusive events
• Build relationships with VIP guests and strategic partners
• Deliver strong commercial performance and sustainable profitabilityWe’re Looking For
• Previous experience as General Manager within luxury hospitality
• Experience with premium lifestyle brands, beach clubs or luxury resorts
• Strong commercial and financial mindset
• Outstanding leadership and people management skills
• Excellent English communication
• International experience is highly desirableSalary &
