Customer Service Representative

Hiring in Dubai for a Mall for Customer Service position.

Excellent communication skills and excellent customer service skills required.

UAE driving license in mandatory.

•Welcome guests with courtesy, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

•Provide accurate information about mall facilities, store locations, events, promotions, and services.

•Handle customer complaints or concerns efficiently, escalating to supervisors when required.

•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all mall/venue offerings, promotions, and policies.

•Drive the buggy inside the mall to transport guests safely and comfortably to their destinations.

•Ensure proper handling of the vehicle, adhering to all safety guidelines and mall regulations.

•Provide courteous interaction with passengers, assisting with boarding and exiting.

•Conduct pre- and post-use inspections of the buggy to ensure safety, cleanliness, and readiness.

•Report any mechanical issues or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.

•Manage passenger flow during busy hours, ensuring fair and safe use of buggy services.

•Deliver customer bags directly from Shop & Drop to their requested location inside the mall (runner service).

•Maintain safe, timely, and courteous delivery, ensuring items are handled with care.

•Keep accurate records of deliveries and obtain guest confirmation upon handover.

•Support the Shop & Drop team when required, assisting with tagging, storing, and retrieving parcels.

•Maintain the buggy station and service areas in a clean, organized, and welcoming condition.

•Support additional guest services including wheelchair and stroller rentals, gift card sales, and information support when not driving.

•Assist in queue control during peak hours and special events.

•Follow all health, safety, and security procedures consistently.

•Participate in training sessions to stay updated on safety practices, customer service standards, and mall operations.
