Qualifications

• 0-2 years of administrative, operations, office support, or related experience (internships are welcome).
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while working independently in a remote environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar productivity software.

Experience with CRM platforms or other business systems is a plus, but not required.
