Founder’s Associate (CEO Office / Operations Lead)

About the Company — Our client is a mission-driven longevity investment firm headquartered in Singapore. The firm focuses on backing breakthrough science and technologies aimed at extending human lifespan, including areas such as gene therapy, bioprinting, and advanced reproductive technologies.

Beyond investing, the organization also plays an active role in the broader ecosystem by supporting research translation, producing thought leadership content, and engaging with the global longevity community through publications and events.

About the Role —

As the first Founder’s Associate, you will act as the CEO’s primary operational partner in a highly hands-on, greenfield role. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the founder’s office and Singapore headquarters, bridging strategic intent with precise execution across both digital and physical workflows.

Key responsibilities include

• Own Singapore Office Operations: Take full responsibility for the local office setup and ongoing operations, including coordinating build-outs, managing vendors, resolving on-site issues, and supporting the creation of a unique physical concept space related to biotech and medical artifacts.
• Financial & Administrative Execution: Manage sensitive financial and administrative workflows with extremely high attention to detail, including reviewing statements, coordinating with banking partners, and preparing payment-related documentation.
• Executive Support & Coordination: Serve as the central coordination point for the CEO, including complex calendar management, high-priority external communications (e.g., outreach on professional networks), and ensuring fast, reliable information flow.
• Cross-Domain Execution: Move fluidly between strategic tasks (e.g., workflow automation using AI tools) and operational errands (e.g., document handling, site visits, equipment setup), ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Requirements —

Must-Haves

• Strong ownership mindset with a demonstrated history of independently identifying and solving operational problems
• Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin (required for business communication and local operational coordination)
• High precision and rigor in financial administration and documentation
• Ability to maintain fast response cycles and be physically present in the Singapore office (Biopolis area) on a regular basis
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and handling both strategic and hands-on operational tasks

Nice-to-Haves

• Background in STEM fields or biotechnology, or strong familiarity with science-driven domains
• Experience using AI tools to streamline or automate workflows
• Prior experience in high-growth startup environments or supporting senior executives / high-net-worth individuals in operational roles
