Founder's Associate (Business Operations & PMO)

About AlephAleph Technologies is a pre-Series A stage B2B SaaS and AI company based in Singapore. We build an AI co-pilot platform for process manufacturing industries including chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and utilities such as desalination, power generation, and industrial gases.

We are a small, high-conviction team at an early commercial stage, building what we believe will be the category-defining product for industrial AI analytics in Asia and beyond. We move fast, operate with high ownership, and are actively scaling our commercial pipeline toward Series A.

The Role

This is a high-ownership, high-exposure role sitting directly under the CEO and CTO. You will work across project management, stakeholder management, customer and partner engagement, and internal operations. You will be expected to operate independently.

The primary focus of this role is ensuring that Aleph's stakeholders (e.g., customers, partners, and investors) are well-managed, that projects are delivered on time, and that nothing falls through the cracks between our sales and engineering teams. You will be in customer meetings, on implementation calls, and in the middle of every cross-functional problem that needs solving.

When something breaks, you are the first person who coordinates the fix. The secondary focus is building and maintaining the operational and reporting infrastructure that keeps the company running: financial and commercial metrics, investor and stakeholder updates, and ad hoc legal, compliance, and HR matters as they arise. This is not an administrative role.

You will be expected to think on your feet, make judgment calls, and represent Aleph professionally in every room you enter.

• What You Will Own
• Primary: Project Management and Customer/Partner Engagement
• Join and support the sales and engineering teams in customer engagements, from initial discussions through to live deployment and beyond
• Own project management for all active customer engagements: timelines, milestones, deliverables, and accountability across internal and external stakeholders
• Be the coordination layer between the engineering team and customers on implementation, deployment, and technical delivery matters
• Proactively identify risks, blockers, and gaps in active projects and coordinate solutions before they escalate
• Manage customer escalations on delivery and implementation issues; problem-solve with the team and communicate resolution clearly to the customer
• Maintain visibility across all active engagements and provide the CEO and CTO with a clear picture of project health at all times
• Build and refine customer engagement processes, templates, and playbooks as Aleph scales its commercial pipeline
• Secondary: Operations and Reporting
• Track and maintain financial and commercial metrics: burn rate, runway, pipeline performance, and growth indicators
• Prepare regular investor and stakeholder updates, board materials, and reporting packages for the CEOOwn CRM hygiene and pipeline reporting in HubSpot; ensure data is accurate and actionable
• Support Series A preparation, including pitch deck development, data room maintenance, and due diligence coordination
• Handle ad hoc legal, compliance, and HR matters as they arise: contract reviews, onboarding, and offboarding coordination
• Identify operational gaps and proactively propose solutions without waiting to be asked

Who We Are

Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is sharp, composed under pressure, and able to hold their own in a room with senior stakeholders without a script.

You do not need to have all the answers, but you need to know how to find them fast and communicate clearly while doing so. You are someone who has already been thrown into the deep end at a real company and come out the other side with good instincts, strong judgment, and a bias for action.

Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of working experience in a B2B/enterprise technology environment, with direct exposure to customer and stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, and working closely with senior leadership or founders
• Alternatively, you have 2 to 3 years in implementation or strategy consulting at a reputable firm, followed by at least 1 year in a B2B tech startup in an operations, project management, customer success, or stakeholder management role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end: setting timelines, aligning stakeholders, tracking progress, and driving closure
• Strong communication skills: you can write clearly, speak confidently, and adjust your style depending on whether you are talking to an engineer, a customer, or an investor
• Experience preparing investor materials, board decks, or stakeholder reporting packages
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to operate without a playbook; you figure things out and move forward
• Sufficient financial literacy to understand and communicate metrics, runway, and business performance
• High ownership mentality: you do not wait to be told what to do, you identify what needs to be done and do it

• Background in or exposure to process manufacturing, industrial technology, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or utilities
• Familiarity with HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms
