Job Description

Tiansheng Trading LLC is looking for 2 Sales Assistants / Junior Sales Representatives to join our Sharjah branch.

This position is suitable for junior candidates, freshers, or candidates with basic sales / marketing experience who are willing to learn and grow in the hardware, fasteners, and building materials trading industry.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with daily customer follow-up.
• Receive customer inquiries and support quotation preparation.
• Help maintain customer records and order follow-up.
• Support walk-in customers and phone / WhatsApp communication.
• Learn company products such as bolts, nuts, washers, threaded rods, anchors, screws, and other hardware items.
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and accounts teams when required.
• Assist with product promotion and customer development.
• For candidates with driving license and marketing ability, outdoor customer visits and market development may be assigned.

Requirements

• Freshers and junior candidates are welcome to apply.
• Basic sales, marketing, customer service, or trading experience is an advantage.
• UAE driving license is highly preferred for marketing / outdoor sales role.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam, Arabic, or other languages will be an advantage.
• Willing to work in Sharjah branch.
• Willing to learn hardware, fasteners, and building materials products.
• Hardworking, responsible, and able to follow company instructions.
• Basic computer and WhatsApp communication skills.

Salary Package

• Sales Assistant / fresher level: AED 2,000 – AED 2,200 per month
• Candidate with driving license and marketing ability: AED 2,200 – AED 2,800 per month
• Attendance bonus: AED 100 per month, subject to company attendance policy
• Monthly performance bonus may be provided based on actual sales performance, work attitude, customer follow-up, and management evaluation

Preferred Candidate

• Young, energetic, and willing to grow in sales
• Able to communicate with customers politely and professionally
• Willing to do outdoor marketing if required
• Familiar with Sharjah / Ajman market is an advantage
• Candidates with UAE driving license will be given priority
