Personal Assistant

We are seeking a professional, organized, and reliable individual to manage the day-to-day operations of a private villa. This role involves overseeing staff, maintaining high standards of organization and hospitality, and ensuring smooth coordination of daily activities, especially in a home with frequent guests.

Candidates with experience in household management, hospitality, or office administration/operations are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Travel Management Plan and organize complex international travel (multi-city itineraries, last-minute changes) Book flights, hotels, villas, and transfers Handle visa applications, travel insurance, and documentation Provide real-time support during travel (24/7 availability when required) Manage restaurant reservations, activities, and on-ground logistics Document & Compliance Management Maintain and monitor all personal documents: passports, visas, residence permits, IDs Track expiration dates and ensure timely renewals Prepare and manage visa applications and supporting documentation Ensure compliance with travel requirements prior to each trip Maintain a secure and well-structured digital archive Proactively flag risks and provide solutions Lifestyle & Personal Tasks Manage day-to-day personal requests and errands Source and purchase items (including luxury goods and hard-to-find items) Handle bookings (restaurants, events, services) Organise gifts and special occasions Family Support Coordinate appointments (medical, personal etc).

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in household management, hospitality, administration or similar
• Strong staff management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle a fast-paced environment
• Experience in managing private households, hospitality services or roles involving operations

management

• Good communication skills
• Fluency in English is required
• Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Candidates with prior office administration, operations or similar roles will also be considered

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior UAE experience is a plus
• Hospitality or administration background preferred
• Experience in managing frequent guest activities
• Knowledge of vendor coordination and basic household budgeting

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
