• Day Rate: £250–280 per day (or £380–450 per day, dependent on experience and seniority)

What you would doTypical responsibilities could include

• Coordinating service delivery across defined workstreams and stakeholder groups
• Managing timelines, milestones and status reporting to keep delivery on track
• Supporting communication between client, technical and operational teams
• Identifying risks and blockers early, and escalating appropriately
• Ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout delivery cycles
• Contributing to continuous improvement of delivery processes and practices
• Collaborating with team members to meet agreed service levels and KPIs

What you could bringMost roles of this type require the following:

• Proven experience in service delivery coordination, project management or operations
• Strong stakeholder communication and management skills
• Competence with delivery coordination tools and methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritise effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management or related discipline
• Familiarity with Agile or other structured delivery approaches
• Demonstrable attention to detail and organisational capability
