Elevate project success as an IT Delivery Manager for Procom in Toronto. This hybrid role focuses on the Retail Credit Risk project, supporting critical migration efforts. Procom is recruiting for an IT Delivery Manager on behalf of a Banking client for a 6-month contract. This position entails a hybrid work model with 4 days onsite in Toronto.

In this role, you will be instrumental in managing delivery excellence through effective project oversight and communication with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage schedules and KPI tracking for project success
• Ensure financial tracking and resource allocation meets project demands
• Create reports leveraging AI and advanced analytics
• Facilitate technical and analytical discussions across teams
• Foster accountability and continuous improvement within the team Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years in Agile project management
• Certification in Project Management required
• Strong expertise in Jira and Confluence
