Join Capgemini’s Financial Services Business Unit within the C&CA practice as a Scrum Master playing a pivotal role in enabling high-performing Agile delivery teams to consult with purpose and continuously evolve. As a trusted, AI-aware advisor, you will champion continuous improvement, empower teams, and help shape a future-ready workforce while ensuring delivery excellence across engagements.

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role

• Enable Agile delivery teams to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes aligned to business priorities
• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies to drive clarity, alignment, and predictable delivery
• Foster a self-organising, accountable team culture focused on continuous improvement
• Identify and remove impediments to maximise team efficiency and delivery flow
• Partner with Product Owners to ensure well-defined priorities and clear value outcomes
• Promote transparency through effective communication of progress, risks, and dependencies
• Use data and insights to guide decision-making and improve team performance
• Build strong relationships across business, product, and technical stakeholders
• Drive a culture of learning, adaptability, and innovation, including awareness of AI-enabled ways of working
• Proactively identify risks and support timely resolution to protect delivery commitments

Skills

• Proven experience operating as a Scrum Master within cross-functional Agile teams
• Strong understanding of Agile values, principles, and frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to coach teams and influence stakeholders toward high performance
• Experience enabling continuous improvement and fostering a learning culture
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to identify, manage, and resolve delivery risks and impediments
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret delivery metrics and drive improvements
• Commitment to building inclusive, collaborative, and future-ready teams
• Good to Have

Skills

• Experience with Agile frameworks such as SAFeFamiliarity with Agile delivery and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence)
• Exposure to Agile reporting and dashboarding practices
