We are seeking experienced Project Coordinators / Scrum Masters to drive Agile delivery execution, sprint governance, and cross-functional team coordination for enterprise digital transformation programs within the BFSI sector. The successful candidate will ensure delivery predictability, effective dependency management, and continuous improvement across multi-vendor environments.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Track sprint commitments, velocity, delivery metrics, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Remove delivery impediments and manage cross-team coordination.
Maintain project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, and release readiness activities.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, architects, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.
Prepare delivery dashboards, project status reports, and management updates.
Support release planning, environment readiness, deployment activities, and go-live coordination.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Agile best practices across teams.
✔ 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Coordinator, or Agile Delivery Coordinator.
✔ Strong experience in Agile/Scrum project delivery.
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
✔ Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
✔ Strong planning, reporting, and project tracking capabilities.
✔ Experience within Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance environments.
✔ Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation programs.
Exposure to SAFe or Enterprise Agile frameworks.
Experience working in multi-vendor delivery environments.
Understanding of release management and change management processes.
Pay: $4,431.03 - $6,000.00 per month
