Agile Coach / Scrum Master (12-Month Contract)

Kerry Consulting is partnering with a leading organization on a strategic transformation programme and is seeking an experienced Agile Coach / Scrum Master to support cross-functional delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery practices.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles.
• Remove delivery impediments and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product Owners to manage backlogs and sprint planning.
• Monitor delivery progress, risks, and team performance.
• Foster collaboration across business and technology teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and delivery methodologies.
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting digital transformation or technology programmes.
• Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe or equivalent) is preferred.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps is advantageous.
