• Candidates should possess the following experience:6–7 years' business analysis experience with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
• Proven expertise in process analysis, process mapping and business process optimisation initiatives
• Experience delivering large-scale technology implementations and transformation projects
• Exposure to AI, automation or Generative AI solutions would be highly advantageous
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership teams
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Agile BA, Lean or Six Sigma would be beneficial
• Role and Reporting Lines
• Reporting into the Technology and Transformation leadership team, this role will involve:
• Business Analysis Leadership
• Leading business analysis activities across the full project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives
• Process Optimisation
• Facilitating workshops to assess current state processes, identify inefficiencies and design future-state operating models
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple business units to gather, validate and prioritise requirements
• Technology Delivery
• Working closely with development teams and external vendors to ensure requirements are translated into effective technical solutions
• Transformation Programmes
• Supporting the implementation of large-scale systems, automation initiatives and emerging technologies including Generative AITeam Development
• Mentoring and supporting junior Business Analysts while promoting best practice methodologies and continuous improvement
• Risk Management
• Managing dependencies, issues and risks associated with solution delivery and business analysis activities
• Innovation
• Contributing to thought leadership initiatives and identifying opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to drive business value
