Build and embed a fit-for-purpose OT governance framework into BAU.What You’ll Bring10+ years’ experience in regulated industries (pharma/food/energy/finance or similar).5+ years in technology/OT leadership, building high-performing teams.

Strong IT service operations capability (incident/problem/change/patch, vendor management).

Experience delivering complex OT programmes (SCADA/MES desirable; PLC exposure valued).

Knowledge of ITIL and/or GAMP preferred; excellent stakeholder leadership and communication.
