Digital Marketing Intern (LinkedIn Growth & Funnel Building)

Calling All Awesome Marketing Interns!!!

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to help launch a brand-new online course and drive traffic, sign-ups, and early sales. This is a hands-on role working directly with the founder, with real ownership over a live product launch.

The program is a 3-month remote internship, during which you will assist in fulfilling various digital marketing tasks for your mentioned business for 10 hours per week. This is an unpaid program whose end goal is to provide students with a higher chance of getting hired in the digital marketing space after completing our apprenticeship program.

Responsibilities

You will support the full pre-launch and launch process, including:

• Building a marketing plan for a new online course, from positioning through to launch
• Creating and growing LinkedIn content as the primary channel, including experimentation with short-form video
• Supporting email list building and funnel copywriting using Kajabi
• Designing and optimizing a lead magnet funnel

Supporting a first product launch, including

• A live “brand kickoff” webinar
• A free lead magnet offer to build the audience

Requirements

• Strong interest in digital marketing, especially funnels, content, and lead generation
• Working knowledge or willingness to learn LinkedIn growth strategy and content creation (including short-form video)
• Familiarity with email marketing and basic funnel concepts (lead magnets, landing pages, webinars)
• Experience or exposure to tools like Kajabi (or similar platforms such as ConvertKit, HubSpot, ClickFunnels)
• Strong writing ability for marketing copy and social media content
• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal direction
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage launch environment
• Ability to think experimentally and iterate quickly based on performance
• Bonus: Based in Toronto or open to occasional in-person collaboration
