The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join a high-performing team and take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of technical and corporate roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers to deliver best-practice recruitment solutions and support ongoing workforce growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across engineering, project delivery, and corporate functions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop sourcing strategies
• Proactively source, engage, and manage talent pipelines
• Conduct screening, interviews, and offer management
• Provide market insights and advise on hiring trends and candidate availability
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and systems
• Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives

About You

• 5+ years proven experience in internal recruitment or agency, ideally within engineering, infrastructure, or industrial sectors
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build relationships
• Proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience using ATS and sourcing tools (SAP, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
