They manage hospital resources, coordinate clinical and non-clinical departments, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies while supporting the hospital's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of clinical and non-clinical hospital departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and administrative teams to improve patient care and operational performance.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, monitor operational costs, and optimize resource allocation.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate hospital staff to maintain high standards of performance and patient service.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, infection control protocols, and health and safety requirements.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency, implementing improvement initiatives where necessary.
• Manage hospital projects, process improvements, and the implementation of new healthcare systems and technologies.
• Investigate operational issues, patient complaints, and incidents, ensuring timely resolution and corrective action.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans that enhance hospital performance and service quality.
• Prepare operational reports, performance analyses, and recommendations for executive leadership.

Pay: From £6,500.00 per month
