Extent Digital & Enterprise Services Ltd is looking for a reliable and motivated Operations Supervisor to support daily business operations, coordinate team activities, and help ensure smooth service delivery. What you'll do

• Supervise day-to-day operations and support team performance.
• Coordinate workloads, schedules, and daily priorities.
• Monitor operational processes and help improve efficiency.
• Support staff training, guidance, and performance tracking.
• Assist with reports, records, and general operational updates.
• Work with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain service quality.
• Help ensure company procedures and service standards are followed.

Requirements

• Experience in operations, administration, customer service, digital services, business support, team coordination, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is helpful.

• Comfortable using email, basic business software, and reporting tools.
