Job Summary

Emerald Moon Contracting LLC is seeking a proactive and experienced Executive Assistant / Business Development Engineer to support senior management in business development, client coordination, tender submissions, and daily executive operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, technical knowledge of civil engineering projects, and experience within the UAE construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Managing Director with day-to-day executive and administrative activities.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, prequalification documents, and tender submissions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
• Follow up on quotations, enquiries, and procurement registrations.
• Schedule meetings and maintain project and client records.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
• Support project coordination and documentation.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings and site visits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in civil, road, or infrastructure contracting.UAE Driving Licence (Preferred).
• Strong knowledge of roads, utilities, drainage, sewerage, and infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Auto
• CAD, and tender documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Preferred Candidate
• Male candidate.
• Experience in UAE infrastructure or road contracting companies.
