About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Digital Product Manager to join our Information Technology team in Toronto. In this role, you will serve as the primary advocate for the digital guest experience, using data-driven insights to shape and optimize digital products that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for the commercial success of a portfolio of digital products, leading initiatives across the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and solution design through development, launch, and continuous optimization.

This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and business acumen. You will partner with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges through technology, while identifying opportunities to enhance marketing capabilities, customer engagement, and digital performance.

As the Product Manager responsible for the Marketing Technology (MarTech) portfolio, you will support guest-facing digital products and applications across multiple channels, working closely with IT, Marketing, Operations, Commercial, and external technology partners. This position reports to the Director, Marketing Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), leading cross-functional teams to successfully deliver complex, customer-facing digital initiatives.
• Manage and optimize a sophisticated marketing technology ecosystem, including Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and loyalty platforms, ensuring seamless data integration and activation.
• Develop and execute product strategies and multi-year roadmaps for digital platforms, including websites and mobile applications, aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Define product success metrics, establish KPIs, and perform data analysis to identify opportunities, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage project timelines, priorities, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery of digital initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and implementation partners while overseeing platform performance and service level agreements.
• Lead governance of marketing technology platforms by establishing best practices for data quality, system integrity, security, and compliance.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Marketing, Commercial, Operations, and external partners to deliver innovative digital experiences.
• Champion a customer-centric approach by identifying pain points and opportunities to improve the overall digital journey.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Product Management, Digital Product Management, or Technical Product Leadership within a complex enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent digital projects, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP).
• Experience working with websites, mobile applications, CMS platforms, DAM solutions, APIs, and system integrations.
• Experience with SAP systems and hospitality-related integrations (such as PMS or TMS) is considered an asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate customer and business data into actionable product decisions.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating exceptional digital experiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships across multiple business functions.
