These are full-time roles giving you exposure to some seriously cool early-stage tech companies.

What we're after🧠 5+ years in talent acquisition, ideally with exposure to PE-backed, VC-backed, or high-growth SaaS environments🧑 💻 Experience hiring across technical, GTM, and executive functions🧘 Comfortable operating across multiple clients simultaneously, each at a different stage of maturity💹 Strong stakeholder management — confident partnering with founders, CEOs, and leadership teams🤖 Exposure to AI-native or product-led growth companies highly regardedWhy this role stands out🏅 Work across a genuinely diverse portfolio of well-backed SaaS and AI clients — not just one🛎️ Direct exposure to founders, operating partners, and leadership🏗️ High-impact, build-from-scratch mandate across multiple scaling businesses🫲 Excellent benefits, plus ongoing training and supportThis is a sourcing-focused role — no BD required!
