Document Administrator

Our client is seeking an Admin Document Controller - Project base role to join their team. In this role, you will support business operations by managing documentation, records, and administrative processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across departments.

The ideal candidate will have strong document control expertise, organizational skills, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Requirements

• Maintain and manage company documentation including product records, technical documents, contracts, reports, and correspondence.
• Ensure proper document control practices such as version control, filing, archiving, and document tracking systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, procurement, and operations) for timely document flow and approvals.
• Provide administrative support including preparation of reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.

About You

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in document control and administration, preferably within consumer goods, manufacturing, or distribution environments.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and document management systems such as SharePoint or ERP platforms.
