In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering reliable customer and operational technology services, this role will see you take ownership of day‑to‑day service performance for critical systems supporting road and maritime operations.
You will coordinate and lead service delivery across multiple suppliers, manage incidents and escalations, and help ensure systems remain stable, resilient and customer‑focused.

Your strong service management and stakeholder engagement skills, gained through experience in operational technology, infrastructure or complex service environments, will see you confidently manage vendors, resolve issues and drive service improvements.
