Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Manager - Enterprise Delivery to help shape how a large and complex organisation prioritises, plans and delivers its strategic agenda.

This is not a traditional PMO or hands-on delivery role. It’s an enterprise advisory and transformation position for someone who can connect strategy, investment, capacity and delivery and influence senior stakeholders to focus on fewer, higher-value outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

Lead the evolution of the organisation’s quarterly enterprise delivery cycle across digital, AI and Data.

Establish a single, transparent enterprise priority list that connects strategy and annual planning with quarterly execution.

Help shift the organisation from managing large volumes of tactical activity to focusing on strategically significant business outcomes.

Identify work that should be consolidated, deprioritised or stopped based on strategic alignment, value and capacity.

Improve visibility and management of cross-functional dependencies, delivery capacity and competing priorities.

Facilitate senior stakeholder planning, prioritisation and review sessions, providing clear, evidence-based recommendations to executive leadership.

Develop and embed an enterprise delivery framework, including practical governance, decision rights and ways of working.

Support organisational design and change initiatives to improve collaboration between business, technology and delivery teams.

Help translate the organisation’s Digital, Data & AI ambitions into practical delivery and operating model changes.

What we’re looking for:

Significant experience across enterprise delivery, transformation, portfolio management, and strategic planning, with a strong understanding of technology and digital environments.

Most importantly, you’ll be strategic but pragmatic, confident but collaborative, comfortable with ambiguity, and willing to constructively challenge senior stakeholders when work isn’t delivering sufficient value.
