The Role

Great managed security services aren't just about detection and response, they're about the experience customers have with the people behind them. As Service Delivery Manager, you'll be that experience for a portfolio of Sekuro customers. You'll be the face they trust, the voice they hear when things matter, and the person who makes sure every promise in the contract shows up in the service they actually receive.

If you love owning relationships, solving problems before customers notice them, and turning good service into great, this is your role.

What You'll Do

• You'll be the go-to person for your customers, building real relationships with their security and IT teams and understanding what makes each of them tick.
• You'll run the service calls and governance meetings that keep everyone aligned, and you'll turn performance data into reporting that actually means something to the people reading it.
• You'll know every contract in your portfolio inside out, so when scope starts to drift, you catch it early and manage it properly rather than letting it quietly become the new normal.
• When onboarding wraps up, you'll take the handover seriously, confirming everything that was promised is actually in place before the account becomes yours to run.
• When something goes wrong, you'll be the calm in the middle of it, pulling in the right people, fixing the real problem rather than the symptom, and keeping the customer in the loop the whole way.
• And when things are going right, you'll be looking ahead, spotting where a customer's environment is heading and where Sekuro can add more value before they've even asked the question.

What You'll Need

We're not looking at a number of years' experience here , we're looking for someone who can truly drive an overall fantastic customer experience.

You'll bring genuine managed security services experience, not just service management from the IT world, along with a working understanding of SOC operations, SIEM platforms, detection engineering, and incident response.

You'll be comfortable working to a contract, confident managing escalations through to resolution, and skilled at building reporting that tells a clear story from platform data.

Most of all, you'll bring strong customer instincts. You'll know how to build trust at every level, from analysts to executives, and you'll genuinely care about getting the experience right, not just the service metrics.
