Delivery Lead - SAP/ERP

Key responsibilities will include

• Leading the end-to-end delivery of SAP/ERP projects across multiple business workstreams.
• Managing project timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Facilitating collaboration between technical teams, business representatives, vendors, and programme stakeholders.
• Driving delivery outcomes and ensuring solutions meet governance and quality requirements.
• Supporting business readiness, transition planning, and user adoption activities.
• Providing regular reporting and status updates to senior stakeholders and programme governance groups.

• Demonstrated experience leading complex SAP or ERP delivery programmes.
• Strong background in programme delivery, project management, or delivery leadership roles.
• Experience working with Finance and/or HR business processes.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong risk, dependency, and issue management skills.
• Experience working within large-scale transformation or organisational change initiatives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership capabilities.A pragmatic and outcomes-focused approach to delivery.
