About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to support a strategic transformation programme within a large-scale engineering environment.

This role is focused on helping engineering teams translate agile training into practical, day-to-day ways of working. You will work closely with multiple teams to embed agile values, principles, practices and mindsets in a measurable, sustainable and pragmatic way.

The ideal candidate is someone who can move beyond theory and work directly with teams to improve delivery, collaboration, ownership, transparency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach multiple engineering teams in applying agile practices in their daily work.
• Translate baseline agile training into practical team-level behaviours, rituals and delivery habits.
• Support focused transformation cycles of up to 12 weeks per team.
• Work with up to three teams at the same time.
• Assess current team maturity and identify gaps in ways of working.
• Define target conditions and measurable coaching outcomes for each team.
• Create structured coaching plans and support teams through implementation.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, workshops and team improvement sessions.
• Help teams improve planning, prioritisation, delivery predictability and collaboration.
• Support teams in building ownership, accountability and continuous improvement habits.
• Work closely with trainers, internal agile coaches and stakeholders to ensure continuity between training and in-team coaching.
• Share insights, challenges, learnings and best practices with the wider coaching community.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of agile coaching approaches across the organisation.

Requirements

• Strong background as an Agile Coach, preferably within engineering, technology or product-led environments.
• Ideally 5+ years of relevant agile coaching experience.
• Experience coaching multiple teams at the same time.
• Strong understanding of agile values, principles and practical delivery frameworks.
• Experience assessing agile maturity and building measurable team improvement plans.
• Ability to work hands-on with teams rather than only delivering training or advisory support.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international engineering environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Relevant agile certifications are advantageous, such as ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, CSM, PSM, SAFe or similar.
