Business Development Executive / Sales Manager

Job Summary

ECOWIDE GENERAL TRADING LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive / Sales Manager to drive business growth, develop strategic partnerships, expand the company's market presence, and lead sales initiatives across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and strategic accounts.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and corporate customers.
• Lead commercial negotiations and successfully close business deals.
• Manage and mentor the sales team, ensuring high performance and target achievement.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and revenue plans.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in business development or sales.
• Proven experience in achieving revenue targets and managing key accounts.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation, and business development skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
