We're looking for a Business Development Intern who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and helping businesses discover how technology can solve real problems.

What You'll Do

• Research and identify businesses that could benefit from custom software development or AI solutions.
• Reach out to decision-makers via LinkedIn, email, and calls to initiate meaningful conversations.
• Qualify prospects and schedule discovery meetings for our founders and technical team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to convert inbound campaigns into qualified sales opportunities.
• Maintain and update CRM records with accurate prospect information.
• Learn about client challenges and communicate FusionCode's value proposition effectively.
• Represent FusionCode professionally and create a great first impression for prospective clients.

• Comfortable initiating conversations and conducting outreach.
• Confident, self-motivated, and resilient when facing rejection.
• Strong research and problem-solving skills.
• Curious about technology, AI, startups, and business growth.
• Organized and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.

Bonus Points

Previous experience in sales, business development, SaaS, IT services, or AI products.

Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar prospecting tools.

Available to work remotely.

Available for a full-time internship for 6 months or more
