Positions Available

⭐ Service Crew

Gross Salary: Up to $2,636/month

⭐ Assistant Service Supervisor

Gross Salary: Up to $2,902/month

Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Working Location

VivoCity

Working Hours

• 6 Days Work Week
• 7.33 working hours per day
• 45-minute meal break
• Rotating shifts:
• 7:00am – 3:00pm
• 3:00pm – 11:00pm

What You'll Do

• Deliver warm and friendly customer service
• Prepare quality coffee and beverages according to company standards
• Operate the cashier and process customer orders accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the café
• Support daily café operations to ensure smooth service
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory handling
• Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of coffee machines and café equipment

For Assistant Service Supervisors

• Support shift operations and outlet readiness
• Coordinate manpower during peak periods
• Ensure service, beverage quality, and operational standards are consistently maintained

Who We're Looking For

Service Crew

• No experience required — training will be provided
• Candidates with café or barista experience are encouraged to apply
• Positive, bubbly, and customer-focused personality
• Good communication skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Assistant Service Supervisor

• 1–2 years of experience in café, coffeehouse, QSR, or F&B operations
• Barista experience is highly preferred
• Strong customer service mindset with a positive and energetic personality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic knowledge of coffee equipment and café operations is an advantage
