Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the program portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
• Prioritize and manage the program portfolio, making decisions on resource allocation and investment.
• Provide oversight and coordination for the successful delivery of multiple programs.
• Identify and manage risks and issues at the portfolio level, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Communicate program performance and progress to executive stakeholders, providing updates and recommendations.
• Lead a team of program managers and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews of projects to evaluate client satisfaction and best practices.
• Manage the workload of project managers and analysts to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Drive product development planning activities in support of quarterly operating planning, roadmap, and release planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, PMI, or PRINCE2.
• Extensive experience in program and portfolio management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in project and portfolio management tools and processes.
