GFT is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a long-term digital transformation initiative focused on modernizing customer-facing services and core insurance operations.
As the Scrum Master, you will lead an Agile delivery pod responsible for delivering high-quality Guidewire solutions through iterative, sprint-based development. You will foster Agile best practices, facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams, remove impediments, and help drive predictable, high-quality delivery.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a multi-year transformation program involving digital services, workflow automation, Guidewire integrations, and continuous product enhancements.
The Agile pod is responsible for delivering digital initiatives centered around Guidewire and customer self-service capabilities.
Workstreams include:
Familiarity with Guidewire projects or insurance industry initiatives is a strong asset.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience using Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build collaborative relationships.
