Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Temenos T24 Business Analyst with strong expertise in Finance and Accounting to support the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of the Temenos Transact (T24) Core Banking platform within a Swiss banking environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Regulatory Reporting teams to deliver business solutions that support financial processes, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes, General Ledger (GL), Financial Reporting, Product Accounting, Financial Controls, and end-to-end accounting operations within a core banking environment.

Required Skills & Experience6–10+ years of Business Analysis experience within Core Banking.

Minimum 4 years of hands-on Temenos T24 (Temenos Transact) experience.
