Job Description

This is an Individual Contributor role. Candidates with more than 10 years of experience may be considered; however, they should be comfortable working in a hands-on individual contributor capacity, as this is not a Lead or Managerial position.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Avaloq Developer with strong banking domain knowledge, combining 60% technical expertise and 40% functional understanding.

Hands-on experience in Avaloq scripting, parameterization, L2/L3 support, with excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Avaloq Certified Professional (ACCP) certification is preferred.

Working Knowledge in Credit/Risk/Collateral/Performance Module is an advantageExcellent knowledge of banking, wealth management, as well as investments and financial products.

Strong ability to organize and effectively conduct meetings and workshops, and to handle often complex topics with participants of diverse profiles.

Very good knowledge of scripting/programming and strong proficiency in SQL query languages, as well as tools for database access.

Knowledge and practice of Agile methodology (Scrum).

Analytical and conceptual thinking, problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational skills, good stress resistance, and ability to manage priorities.

Autonomy and ability to work independently.

Higher education in computer science (University, HES, Swiss Federal Diploma, EPF) or other training deemed equivalent.
