As we continue to grow our activities in Basel and across the Life Sciences ecosystem, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional who can help us attract, engage, and hire the people who will shape the next chapter of Techfirm Engineering.

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Partner, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top engineering and Life Sciences talent for our projects. You will work closely with business managers, technical teams, and candidates to understand hiring needs, build strong talent pipelines, and create a high-quality recruitment experience from first contact to offer stage.

This is a hands-on and business-facing role for someone who enjoys combining market intelligence, candidate engagement, stakeholder management, and a genuine interest in technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering, quality, regulatory, validation, data, and Life Sciences-related roles-Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective sourcing strategies-Identify, approach, and engage qualified candidates through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and recruitment platforms-Build and nurture talent pools within the Basel Life Sciences and engineering ecosystem-Conduct interviews, assess candidate motivation and fit, and support hiring decisions-Ensure a smooth, professional, and engaging candidate experience-Contribute to employer branding initiatives and help strengthen Techfirm Engineering’s visibility in the market-Stay close to market trends, talent availability, salary expectations, and competitor activity-Support recruitment reporting, pipeline tracking, and continuous improvement of our hiring processes

Qualifications

• Master degree with interest for technical project & people interaction
• Willing to work in Basel
• English and German fluent
