• Data Product Delivery: Oversee end-to-end delivery of data products, ensuring alignment with banking requirements, data quality standards, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, Basel III). Coordinate with Data Engineers to prioritize and deliver data pipelines, analytics platforms, and reporting solutio

ns.• Stakeholder Facilitation: Serve as the primary liaison between Data Engineering teams and international banking stakeholders, including business units, compliance teams, and senior leadership. Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and manage expectations through clear communication and status reporti

ng.• Impediment Removal: Proactively identify and resolve blockers to team progress, whether technical, process-related, or stakeholder-driven, to maintain delivery moment
