You are fluent in English.WHAT ARE OUR EXPECTATIONS? Reporting to the CRC Manager, you will be the primary liaison between the Maison, the Customer Relationship Centers (CRC) and the Integration Teams. You will drive the global rollout of strategic tools.

In This Function, You WillLead and adapt new CRC systems and tools across regional markets to improve business efficiency.

Own the systems roadmap, ensuring seamless rollout and supporting teams through operational changes.

Manage technical and business needs to optimize the client experience, overseeing data analytics and processes to propose actionable improvement plans.
