Overview

We're looking for a Management Accountant to join us during an exciting period of change. You'll provide hands-on support across finance operations, reporting, and strategic activities. This is a varied role where you'll work on day-to-day finance tasks while also contributing to business transformation projects.

How you'll make an impact

• Transactional & Operational Finance: Process invoices, assist with month-end close, and support financial controls.
• System Implementation & Process Improvement: Help implement new finance systems, migrate data, and improve processes.
• Business Partnering: Work with stakeholders to provide financial insights, analysis, and support decision-making.
• Transition Support & Ad Hoc Work: Step in where needed during organisational change, assist with integrations, and document processes.

About you

• A qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ICAEW).
• Skilled in Excel and comfortable working with large data sets.
• Confident working with senior stakeholders.
• Organised, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to go beyond core responsibilities.
• Experienced in management accounting or a similar role (2-3 years).

It's a bonus if you have

• Knowledge of IFRS or UKGAAP FRS102.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query, or Power Pivot.
